Do I need an account to buy?
No. Enter an email and choose a lookup password at checkout. After payment your codes appear on the order page and are emailed to you.
Which payment methods are supported?
Mainly Alipay. On a computer you are taken to the Alipay checkout page; on a phone the Alipay app opens directly.
How fast is delivery?
Items marked Instant delivery are delivered the moment payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds.
How do I find my order later?
Open Order lookup and enter your order number or email plus the lookup password. Orders placed in the same browser can be opened directly.
What if a code does not work?
Keep your order number and contact support. After checking, we will send a replacement or handle it under our refund policy.
